We have no Jobs Available at this time.
We currently have an opening for a Junior Cleanfill/Farm Labourer as detailed below.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide basic level
support for our cleanfill site digger operator by operating our second digger to
move dirt from one place to another. As such it only requires basic digger
operator skills, which can be taught on the job so no previous experience is
required.
However due to the normal work load fluctuations and
because there is uncertainty around what impact the Corona Virus will have on
our business we have structured this role so that there are a wide variety of
other tasks that will be done when there is insufficient digger work. To be very
clear this can mean that on some days there may be little digger work or none at
all.
Little to no prior experience is required and we will teach
you the skills you need to do each of the wide variety of tasks listed below.
For this reason it is important you are willing and able to learn new skills and
can follow instructions. Equally importantly you MUST ask when you are uncertain
of instructions or unclear what you are being asked to do.
Workplace health and safety is very very very important,
which is also why it is extremely important you understand what is required and
ask when unclear. Also you must be able to think about what you are doing from a
safety perspective and make suggestions or query anything done so that we
operate in the safest way possible to avoid any accidents what so ever.
Clearly you will be a practical person and able to think
through what is required to do these very physical tasks and not be concerned
about getting your hands dirty. To be very clear there is a lot of mud, dirt and
water involved in this cleanfill operation so it's not a role for pansy’s.
If you are willing and able to do all of the tasks listed
below and are interested in this job, then email me at
