Why do I have to register the source site? (where my fill is from).

Council conditions require all cleanfills to comply with their rules about sources of fill. Clean fills can take a range of clean materials from uncontaminated sites. 

Why do you only have 30 trucks a day on average?

Council conditions constrain the number of daily truck movements that can enter and drop fill at the site.

What happens if my fill is found to be contaminated?

You must certify at the time of booking what the fill is and that it is free of contaminants. Contaminated fill found as a result of our inspections will be returned to operators at their cost.

Is there someone on site if I have a problem?

What is the turnaround time from  entering to drop fill and exiting the site?

During the drier months the turnaround time is 10 minutes from entry to exit. Allow another 5 to 10 minutes in the winter months.
 

What is the condition of the access road to the tip head?

The access road to the tip head is a fully formed, hard metalled surface suitable for heavy trucks from entry to the tip head to exit.
 

What are the hazards I should expect to encounter?

The cleanfill is an area operating heavy machinery. Contractors are expected to read and understand the onsite hazard boards and observe the health and safety requirements. For more H & S information click here.
 

What is the lifespan of this cleanfill?

The cleanfill has consent for 7 years (2018 – 2025).
